If your order has already been placed you will not be able to add or edit additional recipient names and addresses to your envelopes. All addressed envelopes must be part of the order as originally placed. We understand mailing lists can change or addresses might get left out so here are a few ways to get your order corrected:
- If your order is not printing yet you can cancel your order yourself from your My Account page and then reorder with your additional addresses included. As long as you place the reorder in a timely manner it should have little impact on your production timeline. For more details, see: How do I cancel my order?
- If your order is already printing and you just need one or two more recipients, consider ordering those cards as Mailed For You, our service where we mail out cards on your behalf. Simply reorder your card, choose the missing recipients, and then choose our Mailed For You option on the envelope selection page.
- If your order is already printing and you need it canceled so you can reorder with your updated recipient list we ask that you submit a request and let our agents halt the production of your cards before they are shipped. While you wait for that to happen you can place your reorder with additional recipients added.
