If you want to stop working on a design or remove an unpurchased proof from your account, you can delete it directly from your Shopping Cart.
- Go to your Shopping Cart.
- Find the proof you would like to delete and click the options drop-down menu beneath it.
- Click Delete to permanently remove it, or click Save for Later if you want to keep the proof but remove it from your active cart.
Please note that if you previously requested Free Designer Assistance, deleting or saving the proof for later will automatically cancel those pending edits.
If you cancelled a proof by mistake just contact us and our agents will get it back in your cart for you.
