You can cancel an order through your Order History as long as it has not started printing. If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting the quantity, updating addresses, adding additional products, or changing envelope options, the fastest way to do this is to cancel your order and reorder with the changes applied.
How to cancel your order
- Log in to your account and click on the My Account icon.
- Find your latest order under the Order History section. If you do not see this page, click the Order History link under the My Account heading.
- If the Cancel button is available, click it to begin the cancellation process and click through to the confirmation.
How to reorder with changes
To reorder your cards with changes to the quantity or the style (like adding rounded corners or changing paper thickness), click the Reorder button under your canceled order to add the card back to your cart. From there, you can make your changes and place your order again. For more details on editing your design, see How do I place a reorder with changes to my design?.
If you used a discount or voucher code at checkout, please contact us and we will replace it for your reorder.
If the Cancel button is missing
If the Cancel button is not available, your order is already printing and you cannot cancel it yourself. Please contact us so we can pull your order from print. While you wait for us to stop the printing process, you can still place a reorder with your needed changes.
