Once a proof is ordered, it moves from your cart to your Order History. Because of this, the proof cannot be deleted or canceled unless the entire order is canceled. You can cancel your order through your account, provided it has not started printing yet.
- Log in to your account and click on the My Account icon.
- Find your latest order under the Order History section. If you do not see this page, click the Order History link under the My Account heading.
- If the Cancel button is available, click it to begin the cancellation process and click through to the confirmation.
If the Cancel button is not available, your order is already printing and you cannot cancel it yourself. Please contact us so we can pull your order from print.
