As long as your order isn't printing you can cancel an order through your own order history by going to the My Account page and clicking the "Cancel" button under your current order.
If you need to make changes to your order like quantity changes, adding/updating addresses, changing envelope options, adding envelopes, or adding additional products the fastest way to make those changes is to cancel your order and reorder after changes are made. If you used a discount or voucher code at checkout we would be happy to replace that for you for your reorder if you contact us.
Follow these steps to cancel your order:
- Log in to your account and click on the "My Account" Icon
- You will see your latest order under Order History (if you don't see this page, click the "Order History" link under the My Account heading)
- If the Cancel button is clickable, simply click the button to begin the cancellation process and click through to the confirmation
To reorder your cards with changes to the quantity or the style (add or remove rounded corners, change paper thickness) click the Reorder button under your canceled order to add the card back into your cart. From there you can make changes to quantity or style and place your order again. (See How do I place a reorder with changes to my design? for more information)
If the Cancel button is not available it means your order is already at print and you will not be able to cancel your order yourself. Please contact us and we will assist you with your order. While you wait for us to pull your order from print you can still follow the steps to reorder with changes.
