No, our designers cannot edit your DIY (Design It Yourself) files or make changes to your uploaded design's text and artwork. You must make any corrections to the design yourself, or request that the original designer who created the files update them for you.
Before Placing Your Order
If you have not placed your order yet, update your original design file using your preferred design program (such as Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop). Once corrected, you can upload the new file directly to your card template on our website.
After Placing Your Order
If you have already submitted your order and notice an error, please contact our support team immediately. If printing has not yet started, we can place a hold on your order so you can submit your updated file. We are unable to make any changes to your files once the printing process has begun.
