Due to the variable nature of our Place Cards, we don't have a traditional DIY space available to upload your artwork. However, using the steps below will help you put together your ideal Place Card design.
- First, ensure your artwork fits within our PDF template guidelines. This will ensure it will fit the space for any one of our Place Card designs.
- Other DIY templates are downloadable here: Do you have templates available for your DIY cards?
- Tips on how to ensure your artwork is prepared for print: How should I prepare my artwork file for a DIY card?
- You'll want to start by choosing a non-foil Place Card design that has your preferred font style for your DIY place card. Since this is the one part of the design you won't provide you'll need to pick one that already exists on our site.
- If the text is not in your ideal location on the place card that is OK, you can use Free Designer Assistance to add your artwork and move the text to the best location. We are able to change the color, size, and layout of the font itself based on your design through Free Designer Assistance.
- Press "Personalize" on the design you choose until you get to the approvals page.
- On the approvals page, choose "Request free designer assistance" and mention you will be emailing your custom design to replace the artwork as well as any other request you might have.
- Fill out this form and submit your artwork and a we will forward your artwork without any added text to a designer to complete your request.
- You'll receive a proof to approve with your artwork added and any other edit requests you had completed/addressed.
- Once your design is finalized, please visit this article on how to send us the names you'd like printed: How do we add guests' names to our place cards for our wedding?
