If you have a non-image file you'd like to use for your DIY card when personalizing, unfortunately our system is not currently set up to upload directly into the personalization step. However, you are able to send the non-image file to our Support Team who will be more than happy to help add it to your card before it is printed and send you a proof to approve.
Below are the steps to send your non-image file.
- Visit "How should I prepare my artwork file for a DIY card?" to ensure your file is ready for print as well as for the size you're intending to purchase.
- Continue through personalization, but skip uploading anything or upload a placeholder JPG version of your artwork.
-
Once you get to the Approvals page, the preview will blink red on the left if left empty OR will show a preview of your placeholder design and how it will trim. Choose "Request free designer assistance" then type "Will email the file" or something similar within the box provided.
- Before choosing next, fill out this form and attach your file. This will send directly to our support team and they will forward the file on your behalf and send back a confirmation.
- Hit next then continue with your selections until you get to the cart.
- Once your edits are completed to add your file to the card, you will receive an email confirmation that your proof is ready to approve.
If you have any issues with any of these steps, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
