Our designers use a variety of styles and media to achieve their design's desired look and feel, including artwork that isn't always editable. If you are not able to personalize a font it might be because it is a handwritten/hand-drawn font or foil.
Hand-drawn text can't be edited, but we can replace it with one of the fonts used elsewhere in the design to create a custom message. Just use our Free Designer Assistance service to have our designers complete this request.
Foil text cannot be removed or edited in any way since it is a physical stamp. Please contact us and our support team will provide options based on what you're looking for.
