Our Free Designer Assistance service allows you to request changes to your card proof before you make a purchase. Our designers will adjust your design and send you an updated proof for your approval within 1 to 2 business days. If you are not completely satisfied, you are under no obligation to purchase.
Please note that once you request Free Designer Assistance, your personalization will be locked and you can no longer make your own edits, but our designers can still help you make those changes

Requesting assistance during personalization
- Personalize your card using our online editor. Add your photos and customize the text as much as possible.
- Click "Next" until you reach the Approvals page.
- Select "Request free designer assistance" and describe the changes you would like us to make. You are not limited to making just a single request so feel free to describe everything you are looking to change all at once.
- Click "Next" to continue.
Requesting assistance from your cart or Saved for Later
If you have already added the item to your cart or moved it to Saved for Later, you can still request designer assistance:
- Go to your Shopping Cart.
- If your item is in the Saved for Later section at the bottom of the page, click "Move to Cart" or “Edit” first.
- From your active cart, click the "Edit Design" option in the dropdown menu under your card. This will take you back to the online editor.
- Click "Next" through the personalization steps until you reach the Approvals page.
- Select "Request free designer assistance", enter your requests, and click "Next" to continue.
Two free edits are included with each proof. If you still need to tweak the design after receiving your updated proof, you will have the option to request further edits.
