A proof transfer allows our design team to move your personalized design from one card format to another. This is helpful if you want to use an older saved design, change the size or format of your card, or switch to a different product category.
To request a proof transfer:
- Personalize the new card size or format with any basic details.
- Select Request free designer assistance on the Approvals page.
- Leave a note for our designers explaining which original proof you want transferred to this new proof. Include the original proof ID if you have it.
Our designers will process the transfer and send you a new proof to approve.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team with the specific design you want and your original proof details, and we will gladly set that up for you.
