Once you select "Request Free Designer Assistance" and submit your request, your proof is sent to our design team and the design is locked from self-editing. This ensures that any changes our designers make do not conflict with new edits you might try to make at the same time.
Once our designers complete your request within 1 to 2 business days, they will email you a link to review the updated proof. Two free edits are included with each proof. From the updated proof, you can either approve the design or request further edits if needed.
If you realize you need to make additional changes while our team is working on your proof, please contact our support team. We can add your new requests to your existing edit request so our designers have all the correct information.
