If you requested edits from our design team and haven't received an email update, please check these common issues:
- Check your Saved for Later section: If your proof was moved to Saved for Later while edits were requested, it is automatically removed from our design team's edit queue. You can check this by scrolling to the bottom of your Shopping Cart. If you find your proof there, click "Move to Cart" to place it back in the active queue.
- Check your spam or junk folder: The email containing the link to review your updated proof may have been filtered out of your main inbox. You can also find your proof approval link in your Shopping Cart (if you haven't placed the order yet) or in your Order History (if you have placed your order).
If neither of these resolves the issue, please contact our support team so we can investigate the status of your request.
