- What happens if I forgot to enter my Shoott code at checkout? If you placed your order but forgot to apply your Shoott voucher code, please contact our support team with your Order Number and your voucher code. We will adjust your order and issue a refund for the voucher amount.

If you choose other formats or features within that product (such as a larger size or rounded corners), the voucher value will apply toward the base product, and you will simply pay the difference for the higher-priced options.

- Where do I receive the Paper Culture voucher? The package is sold through Shoott’s website, and they distribute the voucher in your order confirmation email. If you lost your email, please contact Shoott directly (info@shoott.com), as we do not have access to those emails.
