Shoott provides professional photos, and Paper Culture provides free or discounted printing using your voucher code. The voucher applies to the specific product you purchased. If you choose other formats or features within that product category (such as a larger size or rounded corners), the voucher value will apply toward the base product, and you will pay the difference for the higher-priced options. You can select multiple designs in most cases as long as the total cards add up to the quantity you purchased.

Voucher Terms and Expiration
Your voucher code is provided by Shoott in your order confirmation email. Here are the important terms for using your code:
- Expiration: If you do not purchase your products before the expiration date noted in your deal, you must contact Paper Culture to receive a new voucher for the amount you paid. This paid value never expires and can be applied toward a future purchase in a single order.
- Combining Discounts: Shoott package deals cannot be combined with other percentage-off or dollar-off promotions, discounts, or vouchers. If a site-wide promotion is active during checkout, our system will automatically apply whichever discount provides you with the greatest savings.
- Single Transaction: The voucher must be used in full in a single transaction.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Missing code: If you lost your email containing the code, please contact Shoott directly at info@shoott.com, as we do not have access to those emails.
- Forgot to enter code: If you placed your order but forgot to apply your Shoott voucher code, please contact our support team with your Order Number and your voucher code. We will adjust your order and issue a refund for the voucher amount.
- Order issues: For questions about your printed products or troubleshooting your code, please contact us and include a screenshot of the deal and your voucher code.
