Discount and voucher codes are entered during the final stage of checkout on the Review Order page.
How to apply your code
- Proceed through the checkout process by clicking Checkout in your Shopping Cart.
- Fill in your payment and shipping information. You will not be charged yet; your card is only charged when you click the final "Place Order" button.
- On the Review Order page, look for the discount code box on the right side of the page.
- Enter your code and apply it. The order total will automatically refresh to reflect your discount.
- Review your order details and click Place Order to complete the purchase.
Code not applying? If your code isn't working, please see Why isn't my voucher working? for troubleshooting tips, or contact our support team for help. If you are worried about your promotion expiring while you wait for a response, you can place your order without the voucher and contact us so we can adjust your order and apply the correct discount.
Forgot to apply your code? If you placed your order but forgot to enter your discount code, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Include your Order Number and the code you intended to use. We can adjust your order and apply the discount as long as your order meets the promotion's requirements.
