If you are still working out the final details of your order but want to take advantage of a current promotion, we will ensure you can lock in the discount.
The easiest way to secure a discount is to complete your checkout with the unfinished or unapproved proof in your cart. If you have requested Free Designer Assistance, we will never print your order prior to your final approval. This allows you to place your order with the discount and take your time working with our design team to finalize your card.
Designs in "Saved for Later"
If your design is currently in your "Saved for Later" section, move it back to your active cart to proceed to checkout. You may see a red "Please finish personalization" banner when doing this. This usually indicates that you need to choose your envelope and/or trim options. You can simply make those selections to proceed to the cart. If you already made these choices before saving the design for later, confirming them once more will clear the banner.
Tips for unfinished designs:
- Uploading photos: You can place your order without your photos populated by keeping the spaces blank and requesting Free Designer Assistance. Mention that your photos will be added at a later date, and our designers will acknowledge this by sending your proof back for approval. Keep the link unapproved until you have your photos, then request an additional edit. - Addressed envelopes: If you want us to address your envelopes, make sure you have uploaded all of your recipient addresses and applied them to your proof before checking out.
If you do not have your addresses ready, or if your situation is different from the scenarios above, please hold off on placing your order and contact our support team. We can provide you with a voucher to use at checkout if the promotion expires before you are ready.
