A proof transfer allows our design team to move your personalized design from one card format to another. This is helpful if you want to use an older saved design, change the size or format of your card, switch to a different product category, or create two versions of your proof with different information (such as two different languages or separate event details).
To request a proof transfer or a second version of your card, follow these steps:
- Personalize the new card size or design with any basic details. If you want the same design but with changes just keep the default personalization.
- Select "Request Free Designer Assistance" on the approval page.
- Leave a note for our designers explaining which original proof you want transferred to this proof and the specific changes you need. (Be sure to include the original proof ID if you have it!)
