If you are having trouble uploading your photo, read through this list to see if these explanations fit. Otherwise, feel free to contact us and attach the photo to your message and we'll troubleshoot the issue.
- Check the size of your photo and reduce if needed. Generally, any size up to 25MB should work, above that the photo may be too large. Photos above 100 megapixels will not upload due to size.
- Restart your browser, or try logging out then logging back into your account. Our site tends to work the best on Firefox or Chrome, so switching browsers may help. You should also make sure you are using the most updated version of your browser, as that will give you the best experience with our site.
- Check the file type. JPEG is generally the most popular format for photos, so choose files ending in .jpg or .jpeg. We can also accept PNG and GIF files, though these aren't optimal for photo printing. If you have a different file type the photo will not be available for upload.
If none of these seem to be working, you can go ahead and continue with the customization without the photos, and just send the photos to us through our help form and we will add the photos to your card manually and send you back a proof. Just select "Request free designer assistance" at the end of the process before adding the card to your cart, and let us know to add the photos.
