If you get the message "Success! Your addresses have been uploaded" but you don't see anything in your address book, this is caused by uploading a .numbers file from Apple's Numbers application. Our site only accepts Excel files (.xls or .xlsx)
To fix this, follow these steps:
- Go to your Numbers file and choose File > Export to > Excel
(screenshot of menu) - Make sure that "Excel Worksheets" is set to "One per sheet" and that "Include a summary sheet" is not checked and that the format is .xlsx

- Go back to our uploader and choose your new .xlsx file and it should upload correctly
