There is not currently a self-service export option for address books or recipient lists, but our team can export them for you and send them as an Excel spreadsheet (.xls) file once your verify account access.
Because address books contain personal information, we first need to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
How to verify:
To verify access to the account, we ask you:
- Log into your Paper Culture account
- Add an item saved to your cart or “saved for later”
- Contact us and confirm the name of the item currently in your cart
This item can be anything and does not need to be personalized or purchased.
Many customers complete this verification step before contacting us after reading this article. If you already have an item in your cart, simply let us know the item name in your message and no additional cart steps are needed.
What to include in your request:
When reaching out, please let us know:
- Whether you want your full address book exported or only a recipient list from a specific order
- Your order number, if requesting a recipient list tied to an order
- The name of the item currently saved in your cart (if applicable)
What happens next:
Once we verify the request, we’ll email your addresses as an Excel (.xls) attachment.
In many cases, if the verification details are included in the initial message, we can complete the request in a single reply.
