We do not offer recipient addressing for postcards. This service is only available for cards that include envelopes. However, all postcards include free return addressing.
If you need recipient addressing for your current design, our design team can help you transfer your artwork to a standard flat card template that includes envelopes.
How to request a format change:
- Personalize your postcard design, continue to the Approvals page, and click Save For Later.
- Contact our support team and let us know you would like to transfer your saved design to a card with envelopes.
- We will guide you through the next steps and set up your new proof to approve.
