Yes, it is possible to put a second line of names on a recipient address. We recommend using one recipient per envelope, as most of our templates are meant to highlight just the first line.
If you do want two lines for your recipient you can add more names to "Address 1" and move the actual address to "Address 2". Note that by using the "Address 1" field in our address book template as a second line for the recipient the second line will be smaller in most cases. The design will print as it is shown on screen when you choose your design in your envelope options.
We recommend using the Minimal Block envelope style as the Recipient Name and Address lines are both the same font size and font style.
When filling out the template, you’ll want to put the names you want on the first line in “Recipient Name” column and the names you want on the second line in the “USAddress1” or “IntlAddress1” column.
