While it can be frustrating to see Label Created or Awaiting Item as the status for more than 48 hours, we are here to help!
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to try and find if your package is actually on the way or not before reaching out to customer service:
- Click into your UPS Tracking information page.
- Find the link that says "View All Shipping Details" and click that to open a popup.
- Ensure the Shipping Details tab is selected and you will find a USPS tracking ID under "Postal Service Tracking ID".
- Highlight the tracking ID and enter it here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
- You will then find that your package should be moving through the USPS system after handoff from UPS.
