You will get a tracking number sent to you the moment our production team has marked it as ready to ship but tracking will not begin until the carrier picks up the package and scans it in. During busy seasons many carriers may skip the initial scan once picked up so your tracking information could take up to 48 hours to update from the time you receive the notice that your order was shipped, but the package is still in transit. It may appear stuck as a “pre-ship label” or “waiting for package” but that just means that the carrier skipped the first scan and it should update with tracking information once it is scanned at the next destination.
Once shipped you may see a tracking update of “in transit to next facility” which can feel like your order is stuck or lost. This is simply an automated status that is generated when an extended period of time has elapsed without a scan, like when your package is on a truck or plane.
These statuses shouldn’t last more than 48 hours but if you see your package moving in the wrong direction, returning to sender, or an update on a damaged label we ask that you contact us and our customer service team will investigate and provide solutions.
