Once your order ships you can find your tracking number in two places:
- In the email titled “Your Paper Culture order is ready to ship” you see a large Track Package button. That will take you to the tracking page of the chosen shipping carrier.
- In your account’s Order History page you will see a Track Package button just under your order number. This will appear once your order has been marked as shipped.
You will get the tracking link sent to you the moment our production team has marked it as ready to ship but tracking will not begin until the carrier picks up the package and scans it in so it may not update right away and sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to register in the system. If your tracking number link is broken or if you failed to receive one at all you can contact our support team who should be able to assist.
