If your order is marked as delivered but missing or you suspect your package was stolen you are still covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We ask you follow these steps before contacting our customer service team to reprint and reship your order:
- Is it possible your order was left in an office or with a doorman, or perhaps picked up by a family member or neighbor? In the rush to deliver sometimes your package ends up with the first person the delivery driver came in contact with.
- In our experience we see that it is not uncommon for a carrier to mark a package as delivered one day and not deliver until the next. This usually happens when a driver misses a deadline and can’t finish the day’s deliveries that day. We wish this wasn’t the case but sometimes waiting 24 hours on a “delivered” package is the best thing to do.
- Check your Order History for your delivery address and ensure it is accurate and deliverable to.
