Submit with Designer Review When you reach the Approvals page, select Designer Review. Our team will manually review the card for photo quality and proper layout before it goes to print. If everything looks good on our end, we will send it straight to print without delaying your order. If we have any concerns, we will place your order on hold and email you with options before printing.
Request Free Designer Assistance If you want to be completely sure before placing your order, select Request free designer assistance on the Approvals page. In the request box, mention your concern about the photo resolution. Our designers will check the original file, provide guidance within 1 to 2 business days, and send you an updated proof for your approval.
