Your proof may look blurry even if your photos are high-resolution because our proof preview uses a lower resolution which is web-optimized, which might be why your photo appears blurry and/or your text seems pixelated. However, your photo(s) and text will maintain its original high quality from when you submitted it, and will still print clearly on the actual card.
We want you to feel confident in the printed product, so you have options if you haven't already requested Free Designer Assistance or Designer Review:
- Approve your proof with Designer Review. Our team will review the card for photo quality and any other optimizations before it goes to print. If we have any concerns, we may send a note back if changes are made or if there are any concerns. If everything looks good on our end we won't return the design to you and we'll send it to print!
- Request Free Designer Assistance. Our designers will get back to you within 1-2 business days and provide guidance if there are any concerns with your photos
