If you forgot your password, you can request a temporary password from the sign-in page to regain access to your account.
- Go to paperculture.com and click Sign In at the top.
- Click Forgot Password? on the sign-in window. If you see a sign-up window instead, click Already have an account? to reach the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password. You will see a pop-up confirming a new password was emailed to you.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Your New Paper Culture Password".
- Copy and paste the temporary password exactly to sign in.
- Once logged in, go to My Account > Profile to update your password to a new, secure password. Do not keep the temporary password as your ongoing password.
If you request multiple password resets in a short period, a security feature temporarily locks the reset function. Please wait a short time before trying again.
If you are not receiving the password reset email or need immediate access, please contact us and we will assist with a manual reset.
