To permanently delete your Paper Culture account, submit a request to our support team and complete our identity verification process. Once your identity is verified, we will permanently delete your account, including all saved designs, address book entries, and order history, within 14 days.
If you only want to stop receiving marketing emails or catalogs, you do not need to delete your account. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time by updating your email preferences.
If you still wish to proceed with permanent deletion, follow these steps:
- Submit a request through our online contact form.
- Complete the identity verification process based on how you contact us:
- Email requests: Log into your Paper Culture account and add the Fox, Beaver & Owl Forest Animal Christmas Ornaments to your shopping cart, then reply to our email to confirm when you have done so.
- Phone requests: Log into your Paper Culture account, go to your Profile, and select Get a Code in the Verify with Customer Service section. Provide the four-digit code displayed on your screen to the customer service agent.
- Once we confirm your verification, our team will process the permanent deletion of your account.
