We are introducing a new sign-in experience to make accessing your Paper Culture account more secure and hassle-free. By using Google Sign-In or a one-time verification code sent to your email, you can securely log in without ever needing to remember or reset a password.
As long as you use the email address associated with your existing account, all your past orders, photos, saved projects, proofs, favorites, and recipient addresses will be waiting for you.
Scenario 1: My Google email matches my Paper Culture email
If the email address on your Paper Culture account is the exact same email address you use with Google:
- How to Sign In: Select the Continue with Google button and choose your matching Google account.
- Your Sign-In Experience: Google is added as a secure sign-in method to your existing Paper Culture account.
- Access to Your History: All your saved designs, past orders, and addresses remain fully intact.
- Important Precaution: Make sure you select the Google account that matches the email address on your Paper Culture account. Do not use a different Google account to sign in, as doing so will create a brand new account without your history.
Scenario 2: I do not have a Google account (or my Google email is different)
If your Paper Culture account uses a different email address from your Google account, or if you do not use Google:
- How to Sign In: Select the Sign in with email option, enter your account email, and enter the six-digit code sent to you.
- Your Sign-In Experience: You will sign in securely using a one-time verification code sent directly to your inbox.
- Access to Your History: All your saved designs, past orders, and addresses remain fully intact.
- Important Precaution: To protect your history, always enter the email address associated with your existing Paper Culture account rather than a different address.
