- Billing address mismatch: Ensure that the billing address entered exactly matches the address associated with your credit or debit card. If you recently moved or updated this address there can sometimes be an issue confirming with your banking institution.
- Auto-fill issues: Sometimes browser auto-fill features can enter formatting errors or outdated information. Try manually typing in your card number, expiration date, and CVV security code.
- US-issued card requirement: We currently only accept credit and debit cards issued within the United States. Furthermore, your card must support CVV codes and be tied to a US billing address. International cards will not process successfully.
