Sometimes browser auto-fill features can enter formatting errors or outdated information. Try manually typing in your card number and CVV to ensure they are accurate. There should be no spaces included when entering your card number.
Check the expiration date
Check that your card is not expired and that the expiration date was entered correctly.
Confirm the billing address
Ensure that the billing address entered exactly matches the address associated with your credit or debit card. If you recently moved or updated this address there can sometimes be an issue confirming with your banking institution. Also, please note that we currently only accept credit and debit cards issued within the United States. Your card must support CVV codes and be tied to a US billing address. International cards will not process successfully.
Try a different payment method
If your card continues to fail, try using an alternative payment method.
