If you would like to reorder a previously purchased card but need to change the text, photos, or layout, our customer service team must submit those changes on your behalf before you reorder.
Please note that we cannot change the card size of an existing order during a standard reorder. If you need your previous design moved to a different card size, you will need to request a proof transfer instead.
To place a reorder with design changes:
- Log in to your account and click on Hello [Name] or the person icon to view your Order History.
- Find the Order Number or Proof ID of the card you want to reorder with changes.
- Contact our support team and let us know the exact changes you would like to make. Be sure to reference your Order Number or Proof ID.
- Our team will review your request. In some cases, such as updating an old holiday card for a new year, we may recommend starting fresh with a new design rather than altering an old one.
- Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive an email with a link to your Proof Approval page. You can approve the design or request further edits.
- Once the proof is approved, go back to your Order History and click Reorder under the proof. This will prompt you to review the proof one last time before adding it to your cart.
- In your cart, you can select a new quantity, envelope type, card thickness, and trim. These do not need to match your original order.
If you need your order immediately, it is often faster to recreate the design yourself rather than waiting 1 to 2 business days for our design team to process the changes.
