To make edits to a previously ordered card you’ll need to contact our customer service team who will submit the changes on your behalf before you reorder. These changes can take 1-2 business days and will need your approval so if you need to place the order immediately it may be quicker to recreate the design with changes yourself. Here are the steps to place a reorder with changes:
- Click "Sign in" in the menu at the top of the site to log in.
- Click on your name or the person icon to go to your account and your Order History will be displayed.
- Find the Order Number or Proof ID of the card you want to reorder with changes.
- Reach out to our customer service team through our help form and let us know the name of the design you’d like to reorder (reference your Order Number or Proof ID in your request) and what changes you would like to make. Our team will confirm your request before you proceed to the next step as it may be easier for us to create a brand new proof for you instead of you reordering (For example, if you are making changes on last year's holiday card, we'll recommend starting over with the same design and we'll copy everything over and make changes after that)
- In 1-2 business days you’ll receive an email with a link to your Proof Approval page. If everything looks great you can approve, or you can request additional edits.
- Once your proof looks the way you want it go back to your Order History and click Reorder under the proof. This will prompt you to take one more look at the proof to approve before adding it to your cart.
Once in your cart, you can choose the quantity, envelopes, card thickness/trim; these do not need to match the details of the original order
