You can easily place a reorder for a previously purchased item directly from your account. If you are reordering a design that is several years old, our system may require a proof transfer (where our designers manually move your old design to a current template) rather than a direct reorder. If you experience an error when trying to reorder an older card, please contact our support team for assistance.
To place a standard reorder:
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Account to view your Order History.
- Find the order you wish to duplicate and click the Reorder button underneath the item preview.
- For photo books, a pop-up will appear allowing you to either confirm the book as-is or edit it before it is added to your cart. For all other cards, a pop-up will show the surfaces of the item to confirm; click OK to add the item to your cart.
- Once the item is in your cart, click the Edit Options dropdown under the card. Here you can choose your new quantity, card thickness, trim, and envelope options. These do not need to match the details of your original order.
- During the envelope selection step, you can switch from blank envelopes to recipient addressed, return addressed, or our Mailed For You service.
