If you saved a design to finish later, or if a proof was accidentally moved out of your active shopping cart, you can find it in your Saved for Later section. This section is located at the very bottom of your Shopping Cart.
Things to know about Saved for Later:
- If you previously requested Free Designer Assistance, moving the proof to Saved for Later automatically removes your submitted edit request and pulls the design from our designers' edit queue.
- Our team cannot work on your proof while it is in the Saved for Later section. Your proof must remain in your active cart for our designers to access and edit it.
- If you still need those edits, you will have to resubmit your request once the proof is back in your cart.
How to resume editing or place your order:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your Shopping Cart.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Saved for Later section.
- Locate the item you wish to continue editing and click the Move to Cart button.
- You may be prompted to finish personalizing your design. Otherwise, your design will move back to your active cart where you can finalize your order details and check out, or resubmit your Free Designer Assistance request if needed.
