We offer free recipient addressing on our basic envelope designs as as a way of rewarding customers who utilize our Address Book feature. If you are seeing an additional charge for addressed envelopes in your cart, it is likely because you selected one of our Luxe envelope designs or you are opting for return address printing only.
Our basic designs include elegant options like Simple Serif and Minimal Block, which are free on promotion for recipient addressing. Our Luxe envelope designs, such as Seasonal Sprig, Festive Flourish, and Handwritten Touch, feature artwork and cost an additional $0.20 per envelope for recipient addressing.
Additionally, if you select printed return addresses without recipient addressing, there is a $0.39 fee per envelope for basic designs (and $0.59 for Luxe designs), as this standalone service is not currently discounted.
If you haven't placed your order yet, you can still change your envelope design yourself. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to your cart and choose "Edit Options" in the drop-down menu under the preview of your card.
2. Skip past the Thickness and Trim page if you see it, and you'll be taken to the Envelope Options page.
3. Click on the envelope option thats already selected and a window will pop up with envelope designs.
4. Pick a new design and click OK. Basic designs are towards the bottom.
5. You should now see your new design in the preview. Be sure to click "Add to Cart" to finalize the change.
If your order is already placed and isn't printing yet, contact us about what design you'd like to change to and we can take care of that on our end.
