Creating the perfect photo book is easy with our photo book creator that can be used via computer, tablet, or phone. You'll notice the quality difference when you pick up our hardcover photo books. The photo books are made with 100% post consumer recycled paper and come with a luxe cover made either from kraft paper with a customizable Dust Jacket or from a fully customizable printed cover made from 100% recycled 100lb weight paper.
What is Layflat?
Layflat books feature thick luxury pages that can open up completely flat without damaging the binding. Unlike conventionally bound photo books that have a spine or center that gets obscured in the middle of a photo spread, the layflat photo book takes advantage of the entire page and is perfect for panoramic photos where a single photo can stretch seamlessly across a two page spread.
The Details
Our photo books are available in square 8" x 8" and the horizontal rectangle 8" x 10" sizes.
The cover of the books are made from a 100% recycled paper. The Kraft cover books also come with a clear foil embossed tree ring that celebrates the life that trees bring to our world and the stories of the lives they create.
Our Kraft cover photo books are covered by a customizable dust jacket that covers 70% of the cover, leaving just enough room to see the hints of the tree rings described above. The Dust Jacket is made from 100lb weight, 100% post-consumer recycled paper.
Our Printed cover books are covered with a fully customizable cover made from 100lb weight, 100% post consumer recycled paper and are laminated with a soft touch matte film.
The inner pages of the photo book also use 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Each page features a 130lb, smooth, matte, layflat sheet (for layflat books) or a 100lb, smooth, matte sheet (for a printed hardcover book). Both color and B+W photos are supported.

There is a minimum page count of 20 pages (pages are defined just as they would be in a normal book with each side of an open book being one page), with the end pages of the Printed Layflat Hardcover included in this count.
The Layflat books (Kraft and Printed Hardcover Layflat) have a maximum count of 94 pages.
The Printed Hardcover (Standard) books have a maximum page count of 280.
