The reason you aren’t seeing your previously uploaded photos in the photo book editor is that uploading photos for photo books is a separate system from your account's card folders. Photos you uploaded for cards are not accessible in the photo book editor and must be uploaded directly within your photo book project.
Other reasons may be:
- Photos still uploading: Large files or slow internet connections can delay uploads. Wait a few moments to ensure the upload process is completely finished.
- Browser compatibility: Ensure you are using a supported and up-to-date web browser. We recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
- File size too large: Check your photo file sizes. If your image files exceed our maximum size limits, they will not upload properly into the editor.
- Cache issue: A stale browser cache can sometimes prevent new photos from loading. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or try opening the editor in a private or incognito window.
- Log in: If you aren’t logged into your account you will not see your uploaded photos.
