If you are experiencing an issue with your order, be it with the delivery or with the product itself, please contact our support team and provide details on what happened. If there is an issue with the printing or production of your order we ask that you include pictures of what you received to help our agents determine the problem and how to fix it.
When you submit a received order issue we will also ask that you pick a “preferred resolution”: Reprint/resend affected product, keep order and receive a partial refund, or to return for a full refund. Knowing this ahead of time will help our agents quickly confirm the best resolution possible.
