While you’ll personalize the look of your place cards before you place your order you’ll need to send us a spreadsheet with all guest names and table numbers before printing can begin. Follow these steps to complete the process:

Download the spreadsheet and fill it out with your guest names table numbers, and any other information you need included (such as meal choice).
For table numbers, please enter the entire text in the cell that you want to appear on the card, such as "Table No. 1", "Table 1", "One" etc. - Personalize the place card design; different designs will have different information options, but the guest name and table number not be personalizable since they will be added via the spreadsheet.
- If you need to edit anything about your design outside of the individual names, request Free Designer Assistance to have our design team make your changes, otherwise you can just add the design to your cart.
- Choose your quantity, noting that you'll order in quantities of 10; any additional cards will be created without names or tables to reach the chosen quantity.
(For example, if you have 75 names in your spreadsheet, order 80 place cards and we'll print 75 with names and 5 without which can be used for last minute changes or corrections day-of.) - Check out and place your order.
- Contact us with your spreadsheet attached and your order number.
Our customer service team will confirm with you once we've received the spreadsheet file for your upcoming order. Let us know if you’d like a preview of one or two place cards with names added, otherwise we'll start printing once we've put the names together.
