When personalizing your cards, you may receive a warning that your text doesn’t fit into the default space, or you may want to add a new block of text to a specific part of the design. Don’t shorten your sentiment! Instead, our designers can adjust the layout to ensure every word is included.
Follow these steps to have our designers adjust your layout:

Personalize your card as much as possible.
- If you have too much text for a specific box: Add as much of your desired text as you can without triggering the warning (even if the preview does not look exactly how you want it).
- If you are adding a completely new text block: Fill in the existing text areas first and leave the new text off for now.
- Proceed to the Approvals page. Once there, select Request Free Designer Assistance.
- Provide your instructions. In the request box, include the full text you would like to use and specify exactly where it should go.
Our designers will replace the existing text with your full wording and adjust the layout accordingly, as long as there is enough room on the card.
If you have already submitted an edit request or if you need to clarify your instructions, please contact our support team and we will update your request on your behalf.
