You can change your password from the "My Account" section of the site. This article will walk through the steps to update your password or request a new one if you forgot.

Getting a temporary password if you forgot yours
- Go to paperculture.com and click "Sign In" at the top (screenshot of sign in link in top bar)

From the sign in window, click "Forgot Password?"

- If you get a sign up window instead, just click "Already have an account?" to get to the sign in window

- If you get a sign up window instead, just click "Already have an account?" to get to the sign in window
- Enter your email address and click "Reset Password"
(screenshot of window) - You should see a pop-up confirming a new password has been emailed to you
(screenshot of pop-up) - In your inbox you should see an email with the subject "Your New Paper Culture Password" Copy and paste it exactly next time you sign in to regain access to your account
- Update your password to something new that only you know, do not keep the temporary password as your ongoing password (see below for instructions on updating passwords)
Not seeing the password reset email? Contact us and we will manually send your temporary password.
Updating your password
- Click on "My Account" and sign in if prompted.
- In the options under "My Account" click "Profile" to be taken to Password, Email, and Name change options.
- The form at the top is the Change Password form.
Enter your current password in the first box and your new password in the second box. Click "Show" to unhid the characters of your password if needed (Not recommended on a public computer)
- Click "Change Password" you should see a green banner reading "Your password has been updated". If not, try again or contact us.
