Depending on your settings, Excel and most spreadsheet applications will reformat any number beginning with zero to start with the first non-zero digit. This will cause zip codes beginning with zero to be displayed incorrectly, but there is an easy fix! Use the following steps to ensure your full and entire zip code is showing.

Add an apostrophe to the beginning of your zip code (Ex: '01234) and this will force the spreadsheet to show the full zip code:
