Mailed For You cards are sent via the US Postal Service using a First-Class stamp. Most cards should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. However, as with all First-Class Mail, it is not uncommon for some cards to be delivered outside that timeframe.
Please note that USPS First-Class Mail does not include per-card tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot provide timeline guarantees on mailed cards, so we highly recommend ordering about two weeks before you want your cards to arrive in your recipients' mailboxes.
If you purchase both Mailed For You and Shipped To You cards in the same order, the Mailed For You cards will typically mail out one day after you receive the shipping notification for your shipped items.
What if my cards don't arrive?
If your recipients have not received their cards within the expected delivery window (about two weeks), please contact our support team. We want to ensure your cards are delivered successfully, and we can offer a complimentary reprint or a refund for the missing cards.
