QuadPay’s payment platform gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple installments. QuadPay is a platform built for shoppers, that empowers them to buy now, pay over time and avoid repayments.
Can I make changes to my current order?
Yes. If you are adding additional cost to your order, then you will need to select a payment outside of QuadPay for the additional charges. Alternatively, we can cancel your order and then check out again with QuadPay.
How do I check my QuadPay information?
You can check your QuadPay information by logging into their account at: https://customer.quadpay.com/
Is there a minimum order size to use QuadPay?
The minimum order to use QuadPay is $35 and the maximum order is $1500.
Can I change the payment method after my order has been placed?
At this time, there is no way to change your payment method unless you cancel the order and then order again.
If I need to return my Paper Culture order, how will I receive my refund?
As soon as the merchant approves and processes a refund for a customer that has checked out with QuadPay, the refund is immediately processed by QuadPay.
If the refund is in full, the customer will have any funds paid to-date refunded immediately to their card and all future installments will be cancelled. This typically happens within 24 hours.
If the refund is partial, the refund amount will be applied to the total purchase amount, starting with the last installment.
For example, if a purchase was for $100 (4 x $25 installments) and a partial refund of $25 was issued by the merchant, QuadPay would cancel the 4th installment. If a refund of $50 was applied, QuadPay would cancel the 4th and 3rd installments.
Does Paper Culture have access to my payment information if I use QuadPay?
Paper Culture does not have access to your QuadPay information.
What happens if I miss one of my payments?
QuadPay charges a $7 fee on a late payment that’s overdue. QuadPay reserves the right to charge a further $7 fee, if the customer remains late 7 days after the original payment due. $14 is the maximum a customer will ever be charged for an individual order.
Do I need to keep paying in quarterly payments or can I just pay in full the next round?
Customers can request to move a payment date by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for the update to be reflected.
Does Quadpay affect my credit score?
QuadPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer's credit rating by using QuadPay.
Can I still use a Groupon if I pay with Quadpay?
Yes, Quadpay is a form of payment so all offers are still available.
