Personalizing your photo book is easy with our photo book editor! Select your photos with a click of a button and use our autofill option or for those who want to take some more time to make their design perfect, the editor allows for more in-depth personalization.

How long does it take before I receive my photo book order?
To understand your shipping timeline, keep in mind that we need a certain amount of time to process, print, pack, and ship your order. This includes ensuring perfect printing and making sure your order is completely dry before shipping.
Generally, it will take 8-11 business days from when you purchase to receive your order as it depends on where it's shipping to. Below is a breakdown of timing at each step of the process.
Processing: 1 business days
Printing/Production: 3-5 business days for items to be printed, plus drying time, to avoid any smeared products
Ground shipping: 6-8 business days (USPS)
2-Day shipping: 2 business days, excluding weekends (UPS)
Overnight shipping: One business day, excluding weekends (UPS)
Why does your photo book editor look different from your card editor?
At this time we are working with a carefully chosen partner to enable our photo book personalization process. You will receive the same great quality and product that you have come to expect from Paper Culture.
Can I request for Free Designer Assistance for photo books?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free designer assistance for our photo books.
Can I change the size of my book once I've started?
You will not be able to change the size of the book once you've started. The only way at this time to change the size of your book is to start a new project.
Can I edit my photo book after I’ve placed my order?
If you haven’t placed your order yet, you can easily make additional edits to your photo book by going into your cart and clicking the “Edit Design” option from the dropdown menu. You will then be brought back to the photo book editor where you can make additional changes from there.
If you have already placed your order and were hoping to make additional changes, the customer service team will cancel your order to make these changes. You can then reorder your photo book from your account and make additional changes by clicking the “edit” button from the reorder screen.
Please note that we can only do this before the item ships and this will delay the production of your photo book.
Can I reorder a photo book I ordered in the past?
You can easily reorder any previously purchased photo book. By following these simple steps below:
- Log onto your account
- Click on "My Account"
- Find the item that you would like to reorder
- A pop-up window should open asking you if you would like to order the exact photo book as you had originally ordered or if you would like to make changes.
- From the pop-up window you can choose to reorder the exact same photo book by clicking the confirm button which should bring you to the cart, or you can click to make changes to your photo book by clicking the edit button which will bring you to the photo editor.
- The item will be added to your cart, and you may check out with the quantity you need.
How can I cancel my order?
Canceling your Photo Book order would depend on what additional items you ordered and would depend on where it is in the process. Please follow the steps in the article, "Cancelling a Photo Book Order".
