My voucher is coming up as invalid. I'm seeing "We're sorry, the voucher that you entered is not valid at this time." or a similar message. What can I do?
Answer
First, double check that you've entered everything correctly. If the voucher is from a flash sale site such as Groupon, you can copy from their site or from the email sent to you, to make sure you haven't mistyped something.
Also make sure you're entering the right code. A common mistake is to enter the Order Number, which in Groupon's case is a long string of numbers. For example: "1000-052536-899527" In their emails, they also have a code just labeled "Groupon" which not the voucher code.
All the codes generated for third-party sites will be 9 characters and a mix of letters and numbers, with no symbols or punctuation. For example: 4B7F05XM1
Check that what you're entering is listed as "Voucher" or "Redemption" code or something similar.
