How soon will my order arrive?

Due to COVID-19, unfortunately all major carriers are experiencing shipping delays and there is unprecedented demand for holiday products. As a result, all dates and timelines listed below are estimates. Delays are unfortunately happening and timelines are not guaranteed. However, if we do ship your package late or you receive your package outside of the delivery timelines, we will offer you a credit for the shipping charges that you paid OR you always have an option to return your package for a full-refund. Note that this does NOT apply to our Mailed service that uses USPS first class mail and those products cannot be returned nor will a shipping credit be available.
To understand your shipping timeline, keep in mind that we need a certain amount of time to process, print, pack, and ship your order. This includes quality assurance at every step, ensuring perfect printing, and making sure your order is completely dry before shipping. On your receipt, you will see a date by which we guarantee shipment.
Generally it will take 8-11 business days from when you purchase to receive your order as it depends on where it's shipping to. This includes about 2-3 business day for edits, 3-5 business days to process order and print and dry cards, plus the shipping method chosen.

Our default shipping method. Ground shipping can take from 3-6 business days, depending on your location. We ship most products out from locations throughout the United States. Non-continental US locations may take longer. Standard shipping is $8.99.

As expected, once shipped, you'll receive expedited orders in 2 business days. We are unable to deliver on weekends or holidays, so these days are not included in the estimated timing. Expedited shipping is $25.00.
(Overnight)
Once shipped, these orders will arrive the next business day. Express shipping is $35.00.
