How do I upload my addresses onto my account or card?
Answer
There are two ways you can upload your addresses into your Address Book.
1. Simply go to "My Account" and "Address book" and begin adding addresses one by one through the form.
2. Use our address template to upload all your addresses at once.
- Download the template(s). One for US addresses and one for International addresses.
- United States: Download US Template (includes military & US territories)
- International: Download International Template
- On the Address Book page, click "Import Addresses" to download our US or international address template
- Enter your addresses on the Excel spreadsheet, making sure the formatting stays the same and all rows are filled. If you are pasting from another sheet, please Paste Values don't just Copy and Paste. To do that, go to Edit > Paste Special > Values. This will ensure that all data stays in the right format.
- Upload the completed Excel spreadsheet online by clicking the "Upload" button in that same section
- If you are working in Numbers, please export the spreadsheet as an excel file and make sure to turn off including a summary sheet.
- Address any errors, otherwise, you're done!
You can then manually edit the addresses at any time by simply clicking on the pencil icon next to a recipient.
