Where is my package and what is the status of my order?
Occasionally, you may have trouble tracking your package. See the following for some possible reasons.
No Tracking Information
If you've ordered Bamboo Wall Art, you won't be provided with tracking in your shipment email. We can look this up for you, though.
For all other orders, if you don't receive your shipping email or there is no tracking included, we should be able to look this up for you, or track down the issue. Be sure to approve all proofs in your order to make sure you order prints and ships as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to ship your order as fast as we can, and though we'd love to hand-deliver every package to ensure delivery, sometimes an unforeseen delay on behalf of UPS or the Postal Service may affect your order. This should be noted in your tracking information, and you should see an update once the issue has been solved by either carrier. If tracking is not updated, or you have any concerns, we are happy to look further into any issue and attempt to provide solutions or alternatives.
Tracking Updates as "Delivered" but You Don't See Your Package
If your tracking shows a delivered package, but you haven't been notified or don't see the delivery, we recommend checking with an office or family member to make sure the package wasn't delivered unnoticed. Occasionally, carriers may accidentally deliver to a neighbor, so if possible, check next door. If you have a side door, the carrier may have left your package there, as well.
Some deliveries may be scanned as delivered, but the truck will still make one more round on a route.
Generally, if you don't see your delivery by the next day, we'll have to look into the issue further.
