My Order HAS Shipped
Where is my package and what is the status of my order?
Answer
Occasionally, you may have trouble tracking your package. See the following for some possible reasons.
Not Yet Shipped, Status = Printing
If your order status says "Printing" it has not shipped yet please see the explanations above for our current estimated shipping times.
"Shipping Label Created - Awaiting Package" or "Accepted"
In this situation, we HAVE delivered the package on the date of your Shipping notice to the carriers and in almost all cases its successfully on its way. Because of the volume of packages currently, many carriers are skipping the first scan. This makes it appear as if the package is not in the mailstream but we have found that almost all packages are just not showing their tracking until a later point (usually the destination distribution center). There a widespread delays unfortunately and we are not reshipping packages unless it remains in this status for more than 1 week.
Shipping Delays
We will always do our best to ship your order as fast as we can, and though we'd love to hand-deliver every package to ensure delivery, sometimes an unforeseen delay on behalf of UPS or the Postal Service may affect your order. This should be noted in your tracking information, and you should see an update once the issue has been solved by either carrier.
Tracking Updates as "Delivered" but You Don't See Your Package
If your tracking shows a delivered package, but you haven't been notified or don't see the delivery, we recommend checking with an office or family member to make sure the package wasn't delivered unnoticed. Occasionally, carriers may accidentally deliver to a neighbor, so if possible, check next door. If you have a side door, the carrier may have left your package there, as well.
Some deliveries may be scanned as delivered, but the truck will still make one more round on a route.
Before contacting us, please wait 1 full business day AFTER your package says it was delivered. We find that over 90% of the time it appears the next day. If you don't see your delivery by the next day, we'll have to look into the issue further and you can contact us.
